COVID-19 Updates:

Please visit our  Appointments  page  for instructions on making an appointments.  Scheduled appointments are encouraged as there is limited WALK-IN availability.  

COVID-19 Test Only Appointments:

We are now offering COVID-19 test only appointments for those who are asymptomatic, had an exposure, traveling, etc... This will NOT include evaluation by a medical provider or any other testing (i.e. strep, mono, or flu).  Please click HERE to complete the REQUIRED form in your health portal prior to scheduling a COVID 19 testing only appointment.  Visit our Appointments page for more details. If you are experiencing symptoms, please visit our Appointments page to schedule a visit with a Nurse Practitioner.

Saturday: 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
