Organizations

Professional and Scholarly Organizations

Current official student organizations in the College includes:

  • IIDA (International Interior Design Association)
  • National Retail Federation Student Association
  • Tau Sigma Delta (Honor Society for Architecture and Related Disciplines), coming soon

Student Advisory Council

Comprising membership representing the programs of the Colleges, the SAC exists to plan programs that build community, support the faculty, and communicate ideas and concerns to leadership of the Colleges (specifically, the dean and associate dean). Membership comprises students who represent all of the academic programs in CAD.

International Interior Design Association Campus Center

A student-led chapter of IIDA with elected officials and a faculty advisor.

Campus Centers provide an environment for the development and exchange of knowledge among students, educators, administration and design professionals. Participation in a Campus Center adds further value to your student membership because it involves working closely with your local IIDA Chapter or City Center to develop programs and events.
