CMHE offers accessible, culturally competent mental health support for entertainment professionals and students. Services align with the unique needs of a 24/7 industry, providing clarity, connection and care.

ACM Lifting Lives

ACM Lifting Lives is the philanthropic partner of the Academy of Country Music which harnesses the strength of the country music community to provide aid in times of need, with a focus on health-related initiatives. For more information, visit acmliftinglives.org.

Amber Health delivers tailored mental health and wellness solutions for artists, tours, festivals and music companies. Their team of licensed clinicians offers compassionate, industry-informed care through a wide range of services, from proactive mental health support to on-the-ground clinical programming. Creative Support Network

A mental wellness program for songwriters by The Okay Project and The Onsite Foundation. Ashley Gorley commemorated his 80th No. 1 by launching this effort, funding 80 songwriter intensives for 80 writers, helping songwriters navigate the unique challenges of the music industry. The program provides free mental wellness support tailored specifically for the songwriting community, centered around two-day individual intensives led by seasoned mental wellness professionals. ECCHO Live (formerly Touring Career Workshop)

ECCHO Live focuses on the health and well-being of live music professionals, offering education, resources and community to address challenges unique to touring life. Their services include financial guidance, wellness programs and career support. They also have a mental health fund available for all live music professionals. Entertainment Health Services

Family Alliance in Music

MusiCares

MusiCares helps the humans behind music because music gives so much to the world. Offering preventive, emergency and recovery programs, MusiCares is a safety net supporting the health and welfare of the music community. Founded by the Recording Academy in 1989 as a U.S.-based, independent 501(c)(3) charity, MusiCares safeguards the well-being of all music people through direct financial grant programs, networks of support resources and tailored crisis relief efforts. MusiCares can provide funding for mental health support if needed and can help connect you with a therapist. For more information, visit musicares.org.


Music Health Alliance

Music Health Alliance is a nationwide nonprofit helping music professionals access affordable and comprehensive health care, including mental health services. They do this by removing barriers and providing solutions to restore health and the overall well-being of their clients at no cost. MHA also has a mental health fund. Porter's Call

Porter's Call serves the touring music artist community with mental and emotional health support specifically attuned to their unique profession and free of charge. A safe and confidential refuge, Porter's Call invites artists and their spouses/partners to share their stories with guides who understand the challenges they face both on and off the stage, caring for the broken within the beautiful. Crisis Walk-In Center

National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (988)

The 988 Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals in the United States. Available in English and Spanish.


Tennessee Crisis Line

The Tennessee Statewide Crisis Line, available 24 hours a day/365 days a year, is a free resource for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis. All calls are routed to a trained crisis counselor in your area, who will provide you support and guidance and work to connect you with appropriate community supports.
