For the first time, universities in the Healthcare Capitol of the US will be welcoming professional graduate programs to meet our students through the first-ever Music City Health Professions Program Expo! This Expo was developed by a consortia of Nashville-area Pre-Health programs, encompasing thousands of pre-health students across nearly 10 Colleges & Universities. Students will have the opportunity to network with professional healthcare school admissions and connect with other pre-health students.

Discover Your Path at the Expo!

The Music City Health Professions Program Expo is an annual event opportunity to build relationships, ask questions to professional school admissions representatives and more. Explore new programs or possibly connect with your dream school! Plus, pre-health student attendees can look forward to prize giveaways, but you must be present to win!

  • 2025 Student Attendee Registration, coming by September 1st.
  • The Expo will be from 3:00-6:00, and you can pop in anytime.
  • The suggested dress is business casual.
  • Location & Directions 
    • The Music City Health Professions Program Expo will take place in the Janet Ayers Academic Center (#8) on the campus map in the 4th-floor conference rooms C&D.

    • Directions for parking and finding Janet Ayers Academic Center (JAAC) Conference Rooms: 

      • From Wedgewood Avenue, turn South onto 15th Avenue South.

      • At the roundabout, turn right, past the Janet Ayers Academic Center.

      • At the next roundabout, turn right to go toward the Ayers Garage.

      • Turn right to enter the Ayers Garage.

      • Park in a visitor spot or any available parking spot*.

      • Take the Ayers North elevators to the fourth floor.

      • When exiting the elevator, conference rooms C & D will be to your left and straight ahead.Student Transportation from specific Universities is coming soon! General driving and parking directions at Belmont is below.

    • Visitor Parking:
      • Visitors must register at belmont.aimsparking.com. Registration is free of charge. Once registered, there is no need to print or display any permits on your dash as your visitor parking pass is virtual. If the Ayers Garage is full, please park in any of the other garages or surface lots on campus. Do not park on the streets in the neighborhood.

Health Professions Program Information

The Music City Health Professions Program Expo is a collaboration among Nashville area Universities, including Belmont University, Fisk University, Lipscomb University, Middle Tennessee State University, Tennessee State University, Tennessee Tech University, Trevecca Nazarene University, and Vanderbilt University. This includes around 2000 pre-health students.
