She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling: Marriage & Family Studies from Liberty University. With experience in student success, academic and healthcare operations, career counseling, and enrollment management, Wayne is passionate about helping students and families navigate educational and personal growth journeys while leading with compassion, organization, and integrity.
