Tisa Batey is the College of Nursing’s Prelicensure Program Manager, supporting Senior Associate Dean of Nursing Christina Beall. With over 25 years of experience in organizational leadership, human resources, program management, and professional development, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for empowering others to achieve their fullest potential. Tisa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and is a Certified Master Life Coach and published author. She is deeply committed to fostering student success by providing personalized guidance, meaningful encouragement, and access to resources that support academic and professional growth. Tisa is a passionate advocate for creating pathways to opportunity, helping aspiring nursing students overcome barriers, build confidence, and successfully navigate their journey toward a rewarding career in healthcare.
