Biography

Thailese is a graduate of the University of the Incarnate Word, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. She also earned a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Saint Mary’s University.  Currently, she is working on her Doctor of Education in Leadership and Professional Practice at Trevecca Nazarene University. 

Thailese brings over ten years of education experience in university program coordination, coaching and classroom instruction, change management, professional development, campus initiatives and events, supporting clinicians, medical students, and resident success. As part of her master's program, Thailese completed a practicum with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, providing inmates with drug education programming and psychological services. In addition to administrative roles, she has served as counselor and case management with multiple non-profit organizations for battered women and children, veterans, and homeless populations. As curriculum manager for the first and second year Frist College of Medicine courses, Thailese's role is intricate  in designing and launching the organ-based courses, mapping processes, and collaborating with the Professional Development and Faculty Affairs Units.
