Biography
Dr. Grippo earned his M.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine as the Dean John E. Chapman Endowed Scholar and completed a diagnostic radiology residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He then completed a musculoskeletal imaging fellowship at the University of Utah. Dr. Grippo is a board-certified radiologist. Prior to joining Belmont in 2022, he served as a civilian radiologist for the U.S. Army at Fort Campbell, KY and as a private practice radiologist. His research interests include improving techniques for imaging the musculoskeletal system, and his work has been featured in several scholarly publications, including the Journal of Orthopaedics. Dr. Grippo is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and serving in medical missions.
