Approach to Therapy: My goal as a clinician is to create a safe and welcoming environment for my clients to feel heard, seen, and valued. I consider it a beautiful honor and privilege to hear and hold your story. My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, and Internal Family Systems. Through increased insight, self-awareness, and practical tools, I help clients develop greater flexibility, self-compassion, and move toward meaningful change. My areas of interest include depression, trauma, adjustment stress, and grief.

Favorite Way to Destress: Being outside, taking a walk, spending time with family/friends, and enjoying a good audiobook

Favorite Place to Unwind: Anywhere outdoors—my favorite season is Fall and I love watching the leaves change!
