Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy is grounded in connection, authenticity, and understanding the whole person. I believe therapy should be a space where clients can be honest about what they are experiencing without feeling judged, while also being challenged to grow and take ownership of their lives. I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach that draws from person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, developmental, and multicultural perspectives.
Favorite Way to Destress: Journaling and doing crossword puzzles. Also, I love physical activity such as working out and hiking. I love traveling around the world with my daughter and family and exploring museums.
Favorite Place to Unwind: My favorite place to unwind is anywhere that gives me space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with myself. Whether that’s sitting somewhere quiet with a good view, traveling to a new place, being near the water, or simply having time alone with my thoughts, I value spaces where I can disconnect from the noise and be present. For me, unwinding is less about a specific location and more about creating a moment of peace, reflection, and grounding a chance to reset, journal, pray, meditate, and come back to myself.
