Biography

Dr. Morgan Springer joined the Exercise Science faculty in Fall 2026 as a proud alumna of Belmont University's DPT program and a testament to the excellent training the program provides. Over the past 8+ years, she has built a clinical career in outpatient orthopedics and sports physical therapy, working hands-on with athletes and active individuals to help them move, train, and compete at their best.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Springer has spent time adjunct teaching in the Master's of Human Performance program at Trevecca Nazarene University, bringing real-world expertise into the classroom and helping the next generation of practitioners bridge the gap between research and practice.

Dr. Springer earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a Pre-Med focus from Georgia Southern University, where she balanced the demands of Division I soccer with deep involvement in campus life that continues to shape how she teaches and mentors students today.

Outside the classroom and clinic, Dr. Springer is happiest playing outside with her kids, catching live concerts with her husband, and geeking out over all things exercise science.
