Biography
Professor Meg Rowland is the Interim Chair of Graduate Nursing & Instructor of Nursing. In her role, she oversees graduate students' clinical, simulation, and laboratory experiences. Meg is a board-certified Family Nurse practitioner with over ten years of experience in primary care. She earned a BA in Biochemistry from DePauw University and her MSN from Vanderbilt University. Her healthcare journey has been driven by a deep-seated desire to provide comprehensive, whole-person primary care while championing improved healthcare access and reducing disparities through evidence-based practice. She is pursuing a joint Doctor of Nursing Practice and Public Health degree at Johns Hopkins University.
