Lynn Applin

Biography

Lynn is so happy and honored to introduce herself as the Director of Little Bruins Preschool!  As a parent of two Belmont students, she personally knows just how special Belmont University is.  She feels truly blessed to be part of their mission in creating a student-centered community for preschoolers, rooted in Christian values.

Lynn has a long-standing career of nearly 30 years in the field of education and specifically, early childhood education.   Her experience spans from teaching in classrooms (preschool through college!) to directing.  Regardless of what capacity she is working in, her lifelong commitment is to children and families.  

 Lynn is devoted to using a growth mindset with children, helping them to see themselves as confident, capable learners!  She is equally devoted to fostering each child's understanding and relationship with God.  At the foundation of her teachings lies the beautiful message that God is always with them!  "And remember, I am with you always, even to the end of the world".  (Matthew 28:20)

Lynn looks forward to welcoming each new family into the Little Bruins Preschool family!
