Degree/Training/Current School Program: M.Ed in Human Development Counseling at Vanderbilt University
Approach to Therapy: As a counselor, I work to create a safe space where all parts of my clients are welcome. My approach focuses on honoring each person's unique, lived experience whilst working collaboratively to promote wellness and flexibility. I want to invite clients to bring their authenticity and humor into our work together. I'm passionate about working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community and providing an affirming therapy space.
Favorite Way to Destress: I love to cross stitch or knit, go on a walk, or start a new TV show (I try to stay up to date).
Favorite Place to Unwind: When the weather is nice, I like to sit outside in the sun. I love relaxing on the couch, going to the movies, and exploring new places.
