Mrs. Lisa Gallion is an Assistant Professor of Nursing. With a background in critical care nursing, Mrs. Gallion has cared for patients with burn, trauma, cardiovascular, neurological, and medical-surgical needs. A graduate of Inman College of Nursing, Mrs. Gallion joined Belmont as a clinical instructor in 2021, drawn to teach students within the same enriching learning environment that shaped her own education. She currently teaches at the undergraduate level and co-coordinates the Foundations of Experiential Learning course. Mrs. Gallion is committed to fostering a supportive learning environment that strengthens students' critical thinking and clinical judgment, preparing them to be compassionate and practice-ready nurses in today's healthcare landscape.
