Biography
Lily Corley is a passionate career coach who helps students identify their goals and take practical steps toward them. She serves students within the Art, Communication, and Technology cluster. Lily enjoys taking an individualized approach to each appointment, whether discussing resume edits, internship and job strategy, or plans for graduate school. She finds fulfillment in helping students learn more about their unique gifting and purpose. Lily formerly worked as the Assistant Director of Career Development at Lipscomb University, where she produced and hosted the Purpose Ignited podcast, exploring professional development tools and the role of vocation in the Christian faith. She is an experienced presenter and TEDx speaker. In her free time, Lily is a writer, competitive ballroom dancer, and avid enjoyer of music. Lily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications: Public Relations and a Master of Arts in Conflict Management, both from Lipscomb University. Her research interests include intergenerational workplace collaboration and the role of creative arts in peacebuilding.
