Katherine Kwong joined the Provost's Office in 2026. She holds a Master of Education in Leadership and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University's Peabody College, where her studies focused on program evaluation, organizational behavior, and leadership theory. Of particular interest to her was the role ambiguity can play as a teaching tool, creating opportunities for reflection and iteration. Prior to joining Belmont, Katherine's professional experience included people management and customer experience in the lifestyle eyewear industry, podcast production, storytelling, and academic success support. She enjoys learning from a variety of disciplines and brings a broad, curious perspective to her work. Katherine looks forward to contributing to Belmont University's academic mission through her role in the Provost's Office.
