Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy is centered on creating a warm and nonjudgmental space where my clients can explore their goals, challenges, successes, and everything in between. I strive to ensure that my office is a welcoming and safe place to come exactly as you are. Through a collaborative approach, I enjoy helping my clients identify their values and strengths to support them on their journeys of growth.

Favorite Way to Destress: One of my favorite ways to destress is to spend time in nature, especially if there is a nearby body of water. I also love arts and crafts and enjoy painting and needlepointing with a good TV show on in the background.

Favorite Place to Unwind: I love trying out new coffee shops around the Nashville area and finding opportunities to enjoy live music in the community!
