Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy is person-centered and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and mindfulness. It honors your voice, wisdom, and lived experience and is rooted in the belief that you are allowed to feel your feelings and deserve to be held in them. My approach is also nurtured by the belief that we often do the best we can with what we know and what is within our capacity. Trusting that both of these things shift and grow, bit by bit, we live more balanced and connected lives - whatever that looks like for us. My interest areas are anxiety, identity exploration, grief/loss, and self-worth/self-image. I welcome the many layers to who you are and who you are becoming!

Favorite Way to Destress: Daily walks in my neighborhood with my 5-year-old Beagle; really spending any time with my Beagle. Listening to music and cooking are also at the top of the list. Slowing down and preparing a meal is so grounding for me.

Favorite Place to Unwind: My backyard is my happy place. I get to be, feel the sun on my face, and look at the trees and flowers. My front porch (or any porch) is another favorite place. Whether with loved ones or in solitude with a book, there is something about a porch that just feels "right".
