Biography

Hope earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Ottawa University and her Master’s Degree in Education from Northern Arizona University. She brings over twenty years of expertise in educational leadership to the Thomas F. Frist, Jr. College of Medicine at Belmont University.

Before joining Belmont, Hope served as the Multi-tiered System of Supports Coordinator for the Arizona Virtual Academy/Insight Academy of Arizona. Her background also includes roles as a classroom teacher, Educational Coordinator and Trainer for the Arizona Character Education Foundation, and Program Specialist for the Arizona Department of Education.

In addition to her extensive experience in educational leadership, Hope brings a unique perspective on mentorship and caring for individuals through her sixteen years in part-time and full-time ministry. Her strong community leadership skills and ability to streamline departmental processes make her a valuable member of the Belmont team.

At Belmont, Hope has contributed to curriculum development as the Curriculum Manager for both the Foundational Phase and the Clerkship and Individualization Phases. She currently serves as the Director of Accreditation and CQI,ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.
