Approach to Therapy: I seek to create a calm and understanding space for folks to process and work towards their goals. I work with my clients to create goal-oriented sessions that are productive and helpful.
Favorite Way to Destress: I destress by cooking, spending time with my friends and family, rock climbing, and enjoying a great cup of coffee!
Favorite Place to Unwind: Anywhere outside and in nature or while seeing a movie in the theaters!
