Biography

Beth is a highly experienced healthcare professional with over 15 years in the medical field, including six years of dedicated service as a U.S. Navy Corpsman. With a strong background in emergency medicine, critical care, and patient advocacy, she now applies her expertise to medical simulation training, helping healthcare professionals refine their clinical skills in realistic, high-fidelity training environments.

Her career spans multiple medical disciplines, including NICU, ICU, medical-surgical, psychiatric care, and restorative nursing. As a Restorative & Rehabilitation Assistant at the VA Medical Center, she develops and implements rehabilitation programs to improve patient mobility and independence. In her previous roles  she provided direct patient care, supporting mental health and geriatric rehabilitation. During her time as a Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Navy, she delivered emergency and primary care in both clinical and field environments, training military personnel in trauma response and tactical combat casualty care.

Beth continues to advance medical education through innovative simulation technologies. She holds multiple certifications in FEMA disaster preparedness, forensic medical training, and emergency response, making her a key asset in healthcare simulation.
