Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy is rooted in creating a space where clients can feel safe, comfortable, and free to bring their whole self- even the emotions, experiences, and parts of their story that may be difficult to share. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to meet each person with authenticity, curiosity, compassion, and a little humor for good measure. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, person-centered, attachment, relational, and trauma-informed approaches, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs and experiences. Together, clients and I can explore the stories and patterns that have shaped them while working toward healing, growth, and greater self-acceptance and self-compassion. My hope is that therapy can be a place where clients feel seen, valued, and supported as they move toward a deeper sense of understanding, hope, and wholeness.

Favorite Way to Destress: My favorite way to destress is to cook or bake. Throw in some good music, and I’m sure to forget about all the things that were causing me stress beforehand! I also love puzzles, needlepoint, and re-watching Gilmore Girls.

Favorite Place to Unwind: My favorite place to unwind Shelby Bottoms or McCabe, preferably on a walk with a coffee in hand!
