Carrie serves as the Director of Operations and Administration, bringing 18 years of institutional experience and a dedicated servant-leadership approach to her role. She approaches every project with a people-first mindset, focusing on supporting her team, optimizing organizational efficiency, and ensuring that administrative workflows operate smoothly behind the scenes.

Carrie's deep commitment to the university is fueled by a dual perspective. Having a son graduate from Belmont, she has experienced the campus community both as a dedicated long-time staff member and as a proud Belmont parent.
