Addie Oswald
First-Year Admissions Counselor
Office of Admissions
Biography
Hi! My name is Addie Oswald, and I’m thrilled to be serving as your Admissions Counselor! I’m originally from Colorado and graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California, where I studied Communication Studies with minors in Business & Economics and Religious Studies. After graduating, I spent four years proudly working in Westmont’s Office of Admissions before recently making the move to Tennessee.
Having spent the last several years walking alongside students and families through the college search, I know just how exciting, overwhelming, and meaningful this season can be. One of my favorite parts of working in admissions is getting to know students, hearing their stories, and helping them find a college community where they can truly see themselves belonging and growing. I’m so excited to continue doing that at Belmont and to help students discover all that this community has to offer.
Outside of work, I love playing Spikeball, tennis and pickleball, drinking chocolate milk, listening to Ben Rector and boasting about the fact that I’m from Colorado. Beach days bring me joy, laughing is one of my favorite pastimes, and I’ll almost always say yes to a spontaneous adventure. I’m always happy to answer questions, talk through the college process, or help however I can. I can’t wait to get to know you!
