Abbie Olmsted
Biography
Hi! My name is Abbie Olmsted and I’m excited to be your admissions counselor! I am originally from Potomac, Maryland (just outside of Washington, D.C.) and attended the University of Maryland where I graduated with a double degree in Family Science and Human Development. I recently moved to Nashville and have loved exploring everything the city has to offer!
During my time as an undergraduate student, I worked as a Campus Tour Guide and later as a Tour Guide Coordinator, a role that introduced me to the world of college admissions and sparked my passion for higher education. I’m looking forward to helping students navigate the college admissions process and discover the opportunities that await them at Belmont.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, reading, practicing yoga and trying new coffee shops. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions, I’m here to help and support you every step of the way!
