BRIDG Grants Support Faculty, Staff Innovation
The Belmont Research & Innovation Development Grants program offers micro-grants of $500–$1,500 to faculty and staff pursuing innovative ideas, pilot projects and early-stage research. Applications accepted on a rolling basis Nov. 1–March 9. BRIDG grants catalyze new initiatives aligned with Belmont's mission, fostering creativity, discovery and continuous improvement across campus.

Additional Research Training Resources
Belmont subscribes to the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI Program) to provide training resources for researchers and would-be researchers. Individuals can review course offerings by going to citiprogram.org, clicking on Login through My Organization and entering Belmont University. You will be taken to your MyBelmont login page and by logging in will be taken directly to the CITI courses available to Belmont faculty, staff, and students. These trainings include the following:
- The Responsible Conduct of Research
- Conflicts of Interest
- Information Privacy and Security
- Human Subjects Research
Some or all of these courses may be required prior to grant submission and/or release of funds if the grant is awarded.
