COVID-19 Procedures

The GPS Office is open and ready to help students! We encourage students to contact us via email or phone to schedule a virtual appointment. We are now taking walk-ins online using a virtual waiting room via Zoom – simply click the button below to enter the GPS Help Desk, where one of our staff can answer your quick questions, find a coach who is available to meet with you at that time, or schedule a virtual appointment for later.

The GPS Help Desk is available at all times when the office is open: Monday through Thursday from 8:00am-7pm and Friday from 8am-4:30pm.

Welcome to GPS!

When you're headed somewhere new, more often than not, you're going to pull out your GPS to help you get to your destination. Even when you do know where you're going, sometimes it's helpful to use a GPS to avoid heavy traffic, discover construction detours, and even find the best place to fill up on gas. Life is full of roadblocks, and a GPS is the best tool you have to plan out your road trip to avoid and overcome them!

The GPS Office serves the same purpose for this journey – your Belmont experience! We're here to coach you through discerning your unique path, help you avoid or recover from academic setbacks, and aid you in identifying the best opportunities and resources available as you work toward arriving at your final destination: graduation from Belmont!

To schedule an appointment, send us an email at gps@belmont.edu or contact us at (615) 460-5702.

The GPS office is located in Heron Hall - Academic Level (basement), which can be reached by entering on the north end of the walkway between Heron and Patton.
