Belmont Operating System
Belmont’s Operating System is the University’s strategic governance structure for leadership. It includes multiple groups that manage the University's day-to-day operations and overall strategic direction.
The Operating System includes multiple parts:
- President’s Leadership Team, which sets strategic direction, makes institutional commitments and decisions and arbitrates major tradeoffs.
- Working Groups (Financial Excellence, Operational Excellence and Academic Excellence), which handle ongoing university operations and bring together leaders from across the university to think through issues and develop recommendations for PLT.
- Connective Forums include the Senior Leadership Team and University Leadership Team, where campus-wide leaders at different levels are convened and engaged.
