Humans are both complicated and resilient. Life is messy and amazing - and sometimes really, really hard. Talking helps!
Hometown: NASHVILLE!
When I'm not working, I enjoy: hiking in Warner parks, baking, working with bees, exploring new places near and far
Favorite Place on or near Campus: any tree big enough to sit under- but I especially like the big Magnolia by Gabhart
Self-Care Tip: Self-care is more than bubble-baths—it’s a mindset that honors rest and restoration. Make a list of simple things that bring balance to your life and do one thing daily. My current favorites: 20 min naps, early morning coffee outside, walking with a friend.
