Biography
Simon has been in the fitness world since 2011 as a graduate student at Michigan State University where he obtained his Master's degree in Fitness and Wellness. He was fortunate enough to intern at one of the leading training facilities in mid-Michigan and also learn from the strength and conditioning coaches at MSU which set his foundation for his fitness career. He has over 14 years of experience in Washington D.C., Cincinnati and Nashville in one-on-one personal training, semi-private personal training, large group fitness and 8 years of fitness management. He joins Belmont University with a true passion for fitness programming and developing group fitness instructors/personal trainers.
