Biography

Robbin is originally from Greenville, Mississippi but grew up out west in Wyoming, where she graduated high school from Rock Springs High School. She lettered in volleyball and track plus participated in other various athletics. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University in 2011 and her Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati in 2013. She has held various roles in the criminal justice field as a Correctional Officer ll with the State of Arizona, Animal Cruelty Investigator for Arizona Humane Society, and as a Program Specialized Unit (PSU) Probation Parole Manager with the Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC). After managing Davidson County and Rutherford County plus other outlying counties for PSU, she became Director 1 of Training and Curriculum for new Correctional and Probation and Parole Officers for TDOC. Robbin has two adult children, Chelsea and Brittany. She also has three grandchildren, Owen, Warren, and Hollen who refer to her as Gigi.
