Biography
Rachel Walden Griffin is the Assistant Director of the Office of Career & Professional Development in Nashville, TN. In this role, she serves students, alumni and employers in the Arts, Communication & Technology career cluster, collaborates with colleagues across campus to embed career readiness in the student experience and manages departmental marketing and communications to a wide variety of constituent groups. She began her career as a Recruiter and has worked at Belmont for more than 15 years. Rachel has served in multiple leadership roles in regional and state professional associations, most recently as Past President of the Tennessee Association of Colleges and Employers. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Hanover College and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership & Communication from Belmont University.
