Approach to Therapy: I take a strengths-based approach to therapy, helping clients recognize and build upon their existing resilience and resources. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help students deepen self-understanding, develop flexibility, and move toward their personal values. Above all, I strive to offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where students feel supported in exploring challenges and creating meaningful change. My areas of interest are anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, and spiritual/religious trauma. I have particular interest in working with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients, and I am committed to affirming and celebrating diverse identities and experiences.
Favorite Way to Destress: Taking time to spend with loved ones and my cats. Slowing down and cooking a good meal or reading. In between that finding time to move my body and working out is huge for me!
Favorite Place to Unwind: I enjoy walking around campus and finding some shade to sit under to ground myself.
