Approach to Therapy: I offer a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. My client-centered approach blends mindfulness, narrative therapy, and insight into relationships and life transitions. With compassion and curiosity, I aim to understand each person’s unique experience and honor the cultural, social, and systemic factors that shape their story. This space supports healing, growth, and self-discovery.
Favorite Way to Destress: I love staying active, whether that’s hitting the golf course, going for a hike, or playing pickleball. I also really enjoy my biweekly book club with my friends. When I have the time, I like exploring new restaurants and trying different foods. At home, I enjoy baking sweet treats, cooking, and playing video games. And of course, I’m always cheering on my favorite sports teams (Go Lions)!
Favorite Place to Unwind: I love spending time outdoors—whether it’s relaxing on my patio, walking through Nashville’s parks and hiking trails, or enjoying a cup of coffee at one of my favorite local spots.
