Biography

Crystal Randolph has over 14 years working in higher education.  She is originally from West Tennessee (Bolivar to be exact) and graduated with her undergraduate in Organizational Leadership from Union University where she found her passion for higher education while serving in the University Relations sector.  From there, her career and education advanced at Lee University in Cleveland, TN.  She spent 11 years working in various roles across campus where she discovered that academics, advising, and college students were her calling and her heart.  While at Lee she served as Assistant Registrar, Director of Academic Services, and the Coordinator of Graduate Studies in Education.   She also earned her Masters in Marriage and Family Studies and Masters in Higher Education Administration.  Crystal is currently finishing up her Ed.D.in Professional Practice at Lee.

Crystal and her husband, John, have been married 25 years and together have a daughter, Abby, and a son, Gabe.  In her spare time she loves to repurpose furniture, do home improvement projects, and make jewelry.
