She brings more than 15 years of executive leadership experience in integrated healthcare delivery, spanning behavioral health, primary care, substance use, and pharmacy services. Prior to joining Belmont, Andrea served as Chief Operating Officer of Mental Health Cooperative, where she oversaw a $120 million organization with 900 employees across 12 locations. Her leadership is grounded in the ability to align strategy with execution, build high-performing teams, and translate complex ideas into practical, scalable, patient centered solutions. At Belmont, she focuses on advancing collaboration across academic, clinical, and industry partners to drive meaningful impact at the systems level.
