Join a transformative journey of leadership, purpose and impact at Belmont.

The Presidential Fellowship is an immersive work experience in which recent Belmont University graduates are given the opportunity to develop as young professionals for up to two years in a compensated, full-time staff position. Contributing their unique perspectives and abilities, Fellows engage in project-based work, event support and coordination, communications, research and various strategic initiatives in collaboration with diverse campus leadership.

As highly professional representatives of the Office of the President, the Presidential Fellows play an integral role in the ecosystem of Belmont University. While gaining invaluable hands-on experience in higher education administration, Fellows support the President, First Lady and the Office of the President Team, act as connective tissue between campus units and drive Presidential and university-wide missional initiatives forward.

In addition to their contributions to the team, Fellows benefit from personal and professional mentorship through the entirety of their experience, developing in them greater clarity about their gifts and purpose.
