BOLD's Graduate Opportunities in Leadership Development (GOLD) experience is a customizable leadership development co-curricular plan designed for working professionals or full time graduate students who have a desire to enhance their capacity to lead and serve ethically.
The GOLD is a 1-2 year leadership development experience that is accessible for all Belmont graduate students. Students will earn credit for their leadership development experiences related to ethics, resilience, collaboration, communication, inclusivity and service.
