Biography

Sarah Bryant serves as the Vice President of Care Team Optimization & Transformation on the DT&I team, where she oversees innovative initiatives committed to empowering care teams to be more efficient and effective, enabling high-quality patient-centered care. Previously, she held the position of NTX Division Vice President for Nursing and Clinical Informatics at HCA’s North Texas Division (Medical City Healthcare) for seven years. In this role, she oversaw nursing and clinical informatics operations and initiatives for 22 hospitals, 7 off-campus emergency rooms, 15 ambulatory surgery centers, 5,500 active physicians, and 18,600 colleagues across North Texas and Louisiana.

Sarah brings over a decade of nursing and leadership experience, with strong expertise in project management, education planning, and process improvement. She is known for her exceptional interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork, always striving for shared goals and improved outcomes. Upholding the mission and vision of the organization, Sarah leads with integrity, accountability, and excellence. She operates with a strategic business mindset, building trust and relationships to achieve goals 1. Before her role in informatics, Sarah began her career as an EMT-B in the emergency room while attending nursing school. She has served as a nurse in various specialty areas, including emergency medicine, surgical ICU, and house supervision. Sarah has been recognized as one of DFW’s Great 100 Nurses. She served on the DFW ANIA Board in 2024 and is an active member of the DFW chapter of HIMSS 2.
