Monica Wehby, MD is a double boarded Pediatric Neurosurgeon at Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital, partner at Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine, and Asst Clin Prof at Marian Univ College of Osteopathic Medicine. A University of Notre Dame Alumni with a BS in Microbiology and BA in Psychology cum laude, she earned her MD at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX recognized as the class Outstanding Medical Student. She completed her Neurosurgical Residency at UCLA, followed by a Pediatric Neurosurgery Fellowship at Primary Children’s Hospital, University of Utah. She began her neurosurgery career in Portland, OR as a partner with Microneurosurgical Consultants, pc and Director of Pediatric Neurosurgery at Randall Children’s Hospital at Legacy Emanuel. A native of Nashville, TN, Dr. Wehby has returned to Indiana to be near her family. Dr. Wehby is internationally recognized for her expertise in spina bifida and tethered spinal cord.
A natural leader, Dr Wehby has held numerous leadership positions at the local, state and national level, frequently speaking at local and national meetings. Her passion to help our country led her to run for US Senate, where she was elected the Oregon Republican Nominee in 2014. A mother of four, she also volunteers as a board member on several non-profits, including Ronald McDonald House Charities and Indiana Make-a-Wish Board vice-chair.
