Office of the Registrar

The Registrar staff provides support functions for students, faculty and staff. Services include assisting students with registration, enrollment and degree verifications, transcript requests, graduation audits (Degree Works), transfer evaluations, and veteran education benefits.

The Office of the Registrar is located in the Gabhart Student Center. Staff members are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Spring and summer 2018 Priority Registration

Spring and summer 2018 open registration for graduate students begins November 7, 2017 and open registration for undergraduate students begins November 8, 2017. Please check the priority registration schedule found here for priority group registration dates.

The "MyBelmont App" IS NOT to be used to register for classes or to build a class schedule. This application should be used only for single course drop and add purposes after the first week of priority registration.


Fall 2017 Grades Schedule

•  Wednesday, December 13 -  By late evening, December graduating students, may access final semester grades and grade point averages through MyBelmont.

•  Monday, December 18- All final grades are due from faculty by 8am.

•  Tuesday, December 19 - By late evening, all students may access final semester grades and grade point averages through MyBelmont. Academic standing as well as Dean's list recognition for undergraduate students are listed on the MyBelmont academic record.
