The Registrar staff provides support functions for students, faculty and staff. Services include assisting students with registration, enrollment and degree verificationstranscript requests, graduation audits (Degree Works), transfer evaluations, and veteran education benefits.

The Office of the Registrar is located on the first floor of Freeman Hall next to Belmont Central. Staff members are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Fall 2013 Grades Announcement

The Registrar's Office "rolls" final grades to students' academic record three times: Wednesday, December 11th (for graduating seniors); Friday, December 13th (late afternoon for all other grades); and remaining outstanding grades on Monday, December 16th.

On Tuesday afternoon (December 17th) the final GPA and academic standing for the fall term are calculated and posted to students' academic record.  Undergraduate students achieving dean's list recognition will be notified via their Belmont email address.
