The Registrar staff provides support functions for students, faculty and staff. Services include assisting students with registration, enrollment and degree verificationstranscript requests, graduation audits (Degree Works), transfer evaluations, and veteran education benefits.

The Office of the Registrar is located on the first floor of Freeman Hall next to Belmont Central. Staff members are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Fall 2014 Grades Announcement

The Registrar's Office "rolls" final grades to students' academic record three times: Wednesday, December 10th (for graduating seniors); Friday, December 12th (late afternoon for all other grades); and remaining outstanding grades on Monday, December 15th.

On Tuesday afternoon (December 16th) the final GPA and academic standing for the summer term are calculated and posted to students' academic record.  Recognition to undergraduate students achieving dean's list will be sent to their Belmont email address.
