Welcome to the Office of the Registrar! 

The Registrar's Office provides support functions for students, faculty and staff at Belmont University. Services include assisting students with registration, graduation audit (DARS), transfer evaluation, transcript request, enrollment and degree verifications, and veteran educational benefits.

The Office of the Registrar is located on the first floor of Freeman Hall next to Belmont Central. Staff members are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Detailed information regarding services offered through the Registrar's office may be accessed from the various links on this page.

 Summer and Fall 2008 Priority Registration

Academic Advising is scheduled April 7th - April 16th.  Please schedule an appointment to meet with your assigned academic advisor.  Print and review your DARS report in preparation for your advising session, and plan to discuss your course schedule and degree requirements with your advisor. 

Summer and Fall priority registration for currently enrolled degree seeking students begins     April 21, 2008 at 7:00 a.m.   Registration groups are based on cumulative credit hours earned through Fall 2007.  View the registration schedule for classification dates.  Summer 2008 priority registration will close May 12, 2008 at 11:00 p.m.  Fall 2008 priority registration will end July 11, 2008 at 11:00 p.m.

Summer Grades Announcement

The Registrar's Office "rolls" final grades to students' academic record four times: Thursday (July 3, 2008) for first summer session; Wednesday (August 6, 2008) for graduating seniors; Friday (August 8, 2008) late afternoon for all other grades; and remaining grades on        Monday (August 11, 2008) morning.

On Monday afternoon (August 11, 2008) the final GPA and academic standing for the summer term are calculated and posted to students' academic record.
