Belmont offers generous health, dental and vision insurance, as well as a 403b retirement plan with matching of up to 5% after one year of eligibility service at any higher education institution.

Free or reduced tuition for you and your family

We offer free or reduced tuition to yourself, spouse and children for classes taken at Belmont. Belmont is also Member of the Tuition Exchange program along with over 600+ institutions providing average $24,000 annual scholarships for staff dependents.

Ride to work for free

Since 2005, Belmont has offered free transportation to and from campus thanks to a partnership with Nashville’s Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA).  This includes MTA buses and the Music City Star rail system.

Develop yourself and your career

Belmont offers a wide variety of professional development opportunities for individuals and supervisors including online and classroom training, a sack lunch series and software training.  Belmont encourages all employees to grow in their careers and encourages feedback from staff for new offerings.

Flexible time off

Staff accrue 10 days vacation plus a week off at Christmas during the first year of employment.  Staff can also receive 5 paid days off to use in leading a Belmont mission trip with their supervisor's prior approval
