Belmont's health care programs will prepare you for the career you want

Nurturing Holistic Care

Healthcare is personal… and so is your Belmont education in the health sciences. While you’re at Belmont, educational experiences will be curated to consider all aspects for your identity—all the pieces that make you who you are.

We’ve learned that developing an intentional community makes a difference in our students’ lives and impacts the quality of care they’ll deliver in their healthcare careers.

“We really care about addressing an entire person and all their unique needs.”

Advanced Facilities

You’ll learn and train alongside other healthcare students in our state-of-the-art labs and simulation centers, mimicking the real-world environment of clinical care. You will conduct research and participate in simulation trainings in labs that are set up exactly like the environments you’ll go on to work in.

Belmont’s healthcare programs are all housed within our healthcare corridor, providing access to faculty, staff and other students who share your same goal—helping other people and improving life for those around them.

“Our students are the future of healthcare—they are our future leaders.”

Experiential Learning

At Belmont, you’ll begin to learn about healthcare by delivering patient care… immediately upon beginning your program.

Nashville provides incredibly unique training opportunities that are available to all students outside the classroom including clinical experiences, simulation, service and more. These hands-on, experiential trainings will ensure you are able successfully launch your career immediately upon graduation.

“We’re in the health care capital of the world, so we have experiential learning opportunities that aren’t available elsewhere.”

Lifelong Relationships for Lifelong Learning

We believe in building lifelong relationships that foster lifelong learning. Our faculty are interested in the growth and development of every student they teach—and that care impacts all aspects of the education you’ll receive at Belmont.

Faculty will walk side-by-side with you, beginning with your first day on campus and continuing throughout your career. These lifelong relationships will support you in their efforts to accomplish your professional goals.

“As a faculty member, I want the best for my students. That develops a real sense of belonging. Even as a faculty member, I’m constantly learning from my students.”
