About Curb College

Our History

Since 1971, the heart of music row has flowed through Belmont. Beginning with a Music Business program designed to prepare young men and women for operational, administrative, creative, and technical careers in the music industry, Belmont has expanded its degree programs to encompass all aspects of the entertainment industry.The Mike Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business was established in 2003 and is one of today's world leaders in music business and entertainment industry education.

In addition to our undergraduate programs, we provide post-graduate elective specialization courses. Our Master of Science with a major in Audio Engineering (M.S.A.E.) students choose from audio engineering electives. Students in the Masters of Business Administration degree (M.B.A.) can choose a specialization in music business. Master of Music (M.M.) students are offered music business and audio engineering courses as part of their degree program.

From undergraduate to graduate programs, we boast an impressive faculty of academic scholars and authors, entrepreneurs, songwriters, producers, and sound and recording engineers.
