Please note: In accordance with CDC guidelines, we are currently offering services through a confidential telehealth platform and have suspended our walk-in clinic.

You can now schedule a same day consultation through the Health Portal accessed through MyBelmont.

Health Portal

Where to Begin: Schedule Your Consultation
  1. Log into MyBelmont.
  2. Under Health Services on the lefthand menu, click on Health Portal.
  3. Click Appointments in the top menu.
  4. Once on the Appointments page, select:
    - Student Counseling Services as the clinic you'd like to schedule with
    - Telemental Health Consultation as your appointment reason
    - All as your provider option to guarantee the most immediate scheduling options and care. 
    *If All is not an option, please select a counselor to view what appointments they have available.
  5. Select the appointment time that works best for you. 
  6. 15 minutes prior to your appointment, a blue Check In button will appear beside your scheduled appointment time (found under Upcoming Appointments on the Health Portal homepage). Please click the Check In button to be linked to your initial paperwork. 
  7. Once you have completed your paperwork, a BUCS clinician will send a teleappointment link to your BU email account that will begin your consultation.

Mental health support is NOT one size fits all. That's why we take a stepped care approach to clinical services. Our goal is to empower you to make the change you desire in the most efficient and supportive way possible! 

Your plan of care may include any of the following services:

  • Referral to Campus Support
  • Educational Programming & Workshops
  • Self-Guided (TAO) & Peer Support Options
  • Groups
  • Single Session
  • Intensive Individual Therapy
  • Referrals to Psychiatry & Specialized Intensive Care
