Interested in Studying in a Foreign Country?
Belmont students are encouraged to enhance their learning
experience by spending a semester or a year abroad in an intensive
language or interdisciplinary program. Belmont is a member of the
Cooperative Center
for Study Abroad, which allows our students access to study
programs in Australia, Barbados, Belize, England, Ghana, Ireland,
Kenya, Scotland and Singapore.
Belmont sponsors exchange programs in France at the
University of
Angers, less than two hours from Paris, as well as intriguing
opportunities in Mexico, Italy, Costa Rica, China, Spain, Germany,
Hong Kong and Russia. In addition, the Rasmussen Center for
International Education can help students locate study abroad
opportunities worldwide.
Students may study subjects from music and dance to journalism and
foreign languages. Participants in the program may earn academic
credit as well as credit towards their Convocation requirement.
