Biography
Officer Ford was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL. A graduate of Dillard High School home of the mighty panthers in 2000. Officer Ford had a desire to join the US Coast Guard but instead chose to pursue a career in law enforcement. Officer Ford would begin his career as a juvenile detention officer for the state of Florida. While working as a detention officer he would be accepted into the Miami-Dade college police academy. Officer Ford has over 5 years of law enforcement experience and over ten years of experience as a security officer. Officer Ford moved to Nashville in February of 2021 with his newly wed wife to join the Davidson County Sheriff Office. After a year and a half he decided that it wasn't the right fit for him and shortly after he joined the Belmont University security team. Officer Ford hopes that his years of knowledge and experience in security and law enforcement will be a great asset to the Belmont campus community.
