Belmont University Student Activities Programming Board (SAPB) enriches campus life and connects the Belmont community through engaging, studentcentered programming while upholding the ideals put forth by Belmont University. SAPB is responsible for events like Girl's Night In, Outdoor Movie Night, Throwback Prom and Fall Follies.
SAPB also looks for opportunities to collaborate with other university organizations and departments through campus-wide programming. Examples of some of their collaborative programs include Highlight the Night, Debate Watch Party, Veteran’s Appreciation Week, Masquerade Ball and Karaoke Nights.
Throwback Prom is a dance where you can get a second chance at having that perfect prom experience. You can come decked out in your best thrift shop apparel or your old prom outfit from high school and dance the night away with old and new friends.
Highlight the Night is a blackout dance party held in the Curb Event Center. Throw on your best all white or neon apparel and have a blast with the campus community.
Throughout the school year, SAPB features rising Belmont talent as well as local Nashville talent. If you are musically talented come on down and feature your talents at a concert hosted by us. At the end of each semester, we host a carnival that features inflatables, food trucks, and games. The SAPB carnival is a way for us to celebrate the end to another semester and to have some fun before finals.
If you like to have fun, make sure to come to our events throughout the year.If you would like to help plan an event or are interested in marketing events come by our office in the Beaman Student Life Center and see how you can get involved!
