Our welcoming spaces are designed to inspire and support every phase of your scholarly journey—explore, create, and connect at Lila D. Bunch Library.
Collaborative
Collaborative zones are designated areas in the library for normal volume conversations. Quiet phone conversations and media should be listened to via headphones unless needed for collaborative academic work. Food and beverages can be enjoyed in these areas.

Considerate
Considerate zones are designated areas in the library for low to medium volume conversations. Small groups may meet here. Media should be listened to with headphones. Food and beverages can be enjoyed in these areas.

Quiet
The quiet zone is a designated area in the library for quiet individual study. Talking should be kept to a minimum or should be done in a whisper. Phones, laptops and noisy headphones should be silenced in this area.

Lila Bunch Library has four study rooms, one in the main reading room on the first floor and one in the Music Library. These rooms are great for group collaborative study or individual study. They are used on a first-come, first-served basis. |

The music library is located off of the 1st floor main reading room and houses stacks M, DVDs, and Bruinprint. With group tables along with study carrels everyone can find a place to study. |

The 2nd floor main reading room houses Stacks A-K, O-S, U-Z and offers a couple of study nooks along with group tables and study carrels to study in groups or individually. |
